Frankly speaking, my first day of entry, I was warmly received by both Esther and Dora. I felt at home. Dr Henry also dealt well with me. I think you’re doing a good job out there. I was excited Esther and Dora made sure I got a len’s cleaner as well for seeing things clearly and plainly. My concern was however, on the warranty that I wish you did something about it. It should be in a written form that the customer will be given to read and keep at his or her disposal but not verbally given out. Thanks very much.
